How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Email to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing via email seven business days before the next payment is due. Memberships may be placed on hold for a minimum of one month and a maximum of four months per calendar year (exceptions may apply for prenatal clients). 12 Month Autopay Memberships are billed monthly for the full contractual period of obligation and thereafter will continue on a month to month basis at the locked in rate.
