This 60 minute workout begins with a high intensity interval training set targeting core, cardio and strength followed by the ultimate spin experience all fueled with amazing music and unparalleled energy! And after all of that hard work, we'll take a moment to wind down with a post workout meditation that'll leave your mind feeling just as revitalized as your body.
